At DESIGNMATTER ENGINEERS LIMITED, we strive to deliver precision-driven engineering documentation and consultancy services. Because of the bespoke nature of our digital deliverables, all sales are generally final.
1. Conditions for Refund Evaluation
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. We assess each request individually, considering scope alignment and technical accuracy.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction when deliverables meet the agreed scope. Delays due to late or incomplete client inputs. Completed and delivered work.
3. Potential Refund Scenarios
Refunds (full or partial) may be considered if: Deliverables materially deviate from the agreed scope, and the issue is reported within 7 days. Deliverables contain significant technical or factual errors impacting usability or compliance.

Subject: Refund Request – [Order ID]
Explanation, contact details, and any supporting documentation.
You’ll receive acknowledgment within 3 business days, and a resolution within 10 business days.
