Cancellation Policy

DESIGNMATTER ENGINEERS LIMITED allows project cancellations under limited conditions depending on project phase.

1. Before Work Begins

Cancel within 24 hours of payment confirmation if no work has started: 100% refund.

2. After Work Begins

Cancellations allowed. Refund is prorated for uncompleted work; 5–10% admin fee may apply.

3. After Delivery

Once deliverables are submitted, cancellations are not accepted; refer to our Revision Policy or Refund Policy instead.

To Cancel

Email orders@designmatterengineers.com with:

• Subject: Cancellation Request – [Order ID]
• Name, order ID, and reason for cancellation

We'll respond within 5 business days with the outcome.
